Agreement

By accessing SoapCraft Courses, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SoapCraft. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian permission to use the service.

Account & Access

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute access to any content, including via screen sharing, recordings, or mirrored distribution.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By purchasing, you authorize us (and/or our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the price shown at checkout.

Prices may change over time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund if less than 20% of the purchased content has been consumed (e.g., lesson progress, downloads, or equivalent access metrics).

If you believe your case is exceptional (technical issues preventing access, duplicate purchase, or mistaken plan), contact us with your order details so we can review fairly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in unlawful behavior, harassment, or intellectual property infringement. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security or access controls.

You may not upload malware, attempt credential stuffing, or use automated systems to excessively request content in a way that harms performance or other users.

Community and support spaces (if offered) must be used respectfully. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Liability

We provide courses and related materials “as-is” and “as available.” While we aim for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, certifications, or business success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoapCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updates are effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the service.
